The general committee has decided that any proposals requiring a decision at this meeting must be submitted to the secretary in writing at least 3 weeks before the meeting and all such proposals should be considered by the general committee before being included on the agenda.. This is to ensure that proposals put to this meeting are not against club rules or policy, or have serious financial implications.
