The Lloyd Johnson Trophy competition was hosted this year by Borough Park.

Brotton, Great Ayton, King George "V", Northallerton, Saltburn and Borough Park each fielded 2 rinks.

The Lloyd Johnson is a round robin double rink competition with each team playing the others over 11 ends.

Each team played 55 ends during the course of the day.
 
The winner on shots difference by 4 shots over Borough Park was Brotton Bowls Club. In 3rd place was King George "V"..

The players enjoyed a buffet lunch and an evening meal.

Volunteer bar staff Messrs William Reid and Sid Upton kept the players thirsts quenched.
